We are not a chain gym. We are a Tierrasanta academy owned and operated by black belts Carlos and Mark, who still teach, stay involved on the mats, and run private lessons — with day-to-day classes shared by our dedicated coaching team and staff.

Step Onto the Mat
An instructor will greet you, show you around, and introduce you to the basics. Every white belt started exactly where you are.
Train at Your Pace
Progress through fundamentals, then intermediate techniques. Some days you will struggle. That is part of the journey.
